Warm Weather & Melting Disclaimer:
Our whipped body butters are made with natural, high-quality oils and butters (such as shea and mango butter) that are sensitive to extreme heat. During warmer months or when shipping to hot climates, products may soften or melt slightly during transit.
Please note that melting does not affect the quality or skin-loving benefits of the body butter. If your butter arrives soft or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes until it solidifies again. While it may lose its whipped, fluffy texture and look smaller in the jar, it will retain 100% of its moisturizing properties.
No Refunds for Melting: We take extra precautions (such as insulated wrapping or ice packs during peak summer months), but we cannot completely control carrier truck temperatures. We are not responsible for replacement or refunds if a package is left sitting in a hot mailbox or porch.
